Brass covered steel pendulum bob for a shop regulator, sometimes known as a store regulator. Will look right on many of the store regulators made in the late 19th or early 20th centuries, as well as long drop school clocks. 4 1/2" in diameter. Slotted back for an approximately 5/8" Pendulum rod. Slot is not quite 3/8" deep. Bob weighs approx. 6.2 oz.
